PROPS RENTALS POLICIES

Props Event Rentals provides premium lounge furniture rentals including sectionals, side tables, bars, and specialty seating for clubs, concerts, festivals, and large-scale events. Our rentals are designed to enhance VIP areas, lounges, and guest experiences.

 

By booking with Props Event Rentals, you agree to the following rental policies and terms.

Bookings & Reservations

  • All rentals must be reserved in advance.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.

  • Rentals are confirmed only after deposit is received.

  • Remaining balance must be paid 48–72 hours before event date (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Props Event Rentals operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed without a deposit.

Rental Period

  • Standard rental periods are event-based (same-day delivery and pickup unless otherwise scheduled).

  • Extended rentals must be arranged in advance.

  • Late pickups or extended use may result in additional rental fees.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Props Event Rentals offers:

  • Professional delivery

  • Setup and breakdown

  • Pickup after event completion

  • Delivery fees vary based on:

  • Location

  • Event size

  • Setup complexity

  •  Time of delivery (late night/early morning fees may apply)

Clients must:

  • Ensure venue access at scheduled delivery time

  • Provide loading access and parking

  • Ensure designated setup space is ready

 

Delays caused by venue access may result in additional labor charges.

Venue Requirements

The renter is responsible for:

  • Ensuring furniture fits within venue space

  • Securing permission from venue management

  • Providing safe, level placement areas

 

Props Event Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup in:

  • Unsafe environments

  • Hazardous weather conditions (outdoor events)

  • Uneven or unstable surfaces

Damage, Loss, & Responsibility

Renter assumes full responsibility for all rented items during rental period.

 

Renter agrees to:

    •    Prevent standing, jumping, or misuse of furniture

    •    Protect furniture from excessive spills, damage, or vandalism

    •    Monitor guests in lounge/VIP areas

 

Client is responsible for:

    •    Damaged furniture

    •    Missing items

    •    Excessive cleaning needs

    •    Theft or vandalism

 

Repair or replacement costs will be:

    •    Charged to card on file

OR

    •    Deducted from security deposit

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on:

    •    Event size

    •    Rental value

    •    Venue type

 

Deposit is refunded within 2–5 business days after inspection, provided no damage or missing items occur.

Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

For outdoor events:

    •    Renter must provide tent or covered area

    •    Furniture cannot be exposed to rain or severe weather

    •    Props Event Rentals may cancel or modify setup due to unsafe weather conditions

 

No refunds for weather-related issues unless cancellation occurs before delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7+ Days Before Event: Deposit transferable to future date

  • 3-6 Days Before Event: 50% of deposit transferable

  • Within 48 Hours: No refunds or transfers

  • Same Day Cancellation: No refund

Cleaning Policy

Normal cleaning is included.

 

However, additional cleaning fees may apply for:

  • Excessive spills

  • Stains

  • Smoke damage

  • Confetti, glitter, or sticky residue

 

Cleaning fees range from $50–$300+ depending on severity.

Liability

Props Event Rentals is not responsible for:

  • Injuries during use of rented furniture

  • Guest accidents

  • Venue incidents

  • Weather-related damages outside our control

 

Renter assumes all liability during rental period.

Right to Refuse Service

Props Event Rentals reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to unsafe venues

  • Remove furniture if misuse occurs

  • Cancel rentals due to safety concerns
